HOW IT WORKS

Breezeway brings air into the helmet through a bifurcated air system along two paths. The Face Stream flows along the front of the helmet to keep the lens free of fog, while the Blocking Stream flows to the top and back of the helmet to remove heat and exhaled CO2.

  • Small amount of air is drawn into the helmet.

  • Streams of air flow inside the helmet.

  • Face stream prevents lenses from fogging.

  • Air cools helmet and expels dioxide.

  • Air dams block fumes from entering helmet.

  • Exceeds productivity and better work environment.

Disadvantages of helmet

Rebreathing the same air over and over
  Increased temperature and humidity
Contamination is kept in the same place for extended time
  Moisture and condensation restrict vision
Buildup of moisture is ideal for bacteria and microorganism growth
  Claustrophobic environment

Welding helmets offer protection from the hazards of welding, but also have their own drawbacks. Over time, these issues compound to reduce productivity, effectiveness, and health.

Breezeway Advantages

•  Improved visibility through the helmet reduces errors
Time saved not having to clean the lens or wipe away sweat
  Comfortable working environment improves morale
Healthy breathing environment, free of fumes
No cords or air hoses to deal with
  Lightweight device reduces fatigue

Breezeway improves the welding experience with a lightweight, portable unit that fits any welding helmet.
